Publication of the Term of Reference (TOR), containing description of the vacancy, duties and responsibilities of the position, requirements and qualifications for the position, desirable differences for the candidate and additional information about the vacancy;
Candidate registration and CV archiving;
Analysis of the CVs of all candidates for the vacancy;
Definition of a long list of candidates who met the minimum mandatory requirements for the position;
Definition of a short list of candidates who met the desirable requirements for the position and presented the best match to the TOR, with regard to their experiences, training and knowledge related to the position;
Contact.

Selection Process Rules
